Quickly scan images with a 50-sheet Automatic Reversing Document Feeder , and store files on the standard 128GB hard drive. Stay organized with the standard inner 1-Bin Tray to collect inbound faxes. Fax Options

Fax Option Type SP5200

Needed to add faxing capabilities to the SP 5200S and SP 5210SR.

Fax option may be installed on the SP 5200S and SP 5210SR only. Faxing is standard on the SP 5210SF.

Notes:

Fax Option Type SP5200 cannot be installed with Aficio SP 5210SF.

Extends the HotSpot Mobile Printing Service subscription by 1 additional year.

Notes:

1. HotSpot MFP Option Type E is required to add this option.

2 Year HotSpot Service Subscription Extension

Extends the HotSpot Mobile Printing Service subscription by 2 additional years.

3 Year HotSpot Service Subscription Extension

Extends the HotSpot Mobile Printing Service subscription by 3 additional years.

Notes:

1. HotSpot MFP Option Type E is required to add this option.

2. This Service Subscription Extension cannot be installed with another service subscription extension.

4 Year HotSpot Service Subscription Extension

Extends the HotSpot Mobile Printing Service subscription by 4 additional years.

Bluetooth Interface Unit Type D

Provides wireless printing at close range.

The bluetooth option is installed in one of the 2 USB host interface slots.

Notes:

1. One open interface board slot is available. Gigabit Ethernet, Wireless LAN, Bluetooth Interface or File Format Converter may be installed.

2. Bluetooth Interface Unit Type D cannot be installed with IEEE802.11 a/g Interface Unit Type J, File Format Converter Type E or Gigabit Ethernet Board Type C.

Browser Unit Type E

Used to display data from the server in HTML format on the machine's control panel. You can also use this function to send scanned files from the control panel.

Gigabit Ethernet Board Type C

Allows device to support a network data speed of 1,000 megabits per second, which increases the speed of data transmission.

When this option is installed the printer's standard Ethernet and USB 2.0 ports are not available. Instead, use the Ethernet and USB 2.0 ports mounted on the Gigabit Ethernet Board.

Notes:

1. One open interface board slot is available. Gigabit Ethernet, Wireless LAN, Bluetooth Interface or File Format Converter may be installed.

2. Gigabit Ethernet Board Type C cannot be installed with IEEE802.11 a/g Interface Unit Type J, Bluetooth Interface Unit Type D or File Format Converter Type E.

HotSpot MFP Option Type E

Enables the system to be function as a HotSpot Printer. Includes a 1 year HotSpot Subscription Service.

Includes: SD Card with Browser Software, POP Signage, Instructions and Labels. Does not include MFP or JAVA card.

IPDS Unit Type 5210

For use in AS/400 environments.

Intelligent Printer Data Stream (IPDS). As a "genuine" IPDS solution built on original IBM source code, our IPDS option provides more accurate interpretation of IPDS data. That means less errors and faster file processing than emulations. Plus, as an IBM partner your customers can be assured of fast problem resolution and timely upgrades.

Print/Scan Options

File Format Converter Type E

Required to convert formats and drag to desktop documents stored via Copy or Print mode.

Notes:

File Format Converter Type E cannot be installed with IEEE1284 Interface Board Type A, IEEE802.11a/g/n Wireless Interface Type M2 or or USB Device Server Option Type M12.

Security & Miscellaneous Accessories

Data Overwrite Security Unit Type I

This is an ISO 15408 Certified version of DOSS that overwrites Copy, Print, Scanner, and Fax latent data. Mainframe is targeted to be ISO 15408 certified in January 2016.

ESP AC1 Power Filter

The affordable ESP AC1 power filter provides multi-stage overload protection for output devices. Our Advanced Technical Support (ATS) recommends the use of overload protection products to minimize potential electrical interference with products.

Notes:

The ESP AC1 power filter can not be installed with the ESP XG-PCS-15D.

ESP XG-PCS-15D Power Filter

The ESP XG-PCS-15D power filter provides multi-stage power protection as well as line conditioning. Our Advanced Technical Support (ATS) recommends the use of Power Protection products to minimize potential electrical interference with products.

Notes:

ESP XG-PCS-15D Power Filter cannot be installed with the ESP S1 Power Filter.

Memory Unit Type B 32MB

Increases fax memory to 2,240 pages and fax resolution to 400 x 400 dpi.

Notes:

Fax Option Type M2 is required for this accessory.

Optional 20-Pin Interface used to attach external key counter or key card device.
